Max Payne 3 Delayed to May
Rockstar and Take Two have announced that Max Payne 3 will no longer be releasing in March. The game now has a release date of May 15, which pushes the title out of Take Two’s fiscal year.
“We do not take changes to our release schedule lightly, and this short delay will ensure that Max Payne 3 delivers the highest quality, groundbreaking entertainment experience that is expected from our company,” —Strauss Zelnick, CEO of Take Two, talking about the delay
Max Payne 3 will be available on the Xbox 360 and PS3, and will be released on the PC on May 29.
